Kaisha Packaging’s Sycure™ AD is a patented auto disable device for pre-filled syringes. The award-winning (Red Dot Award: Best medical devices and technology design 2024) system clips onto an existing pre-fillable syringe system and enhances it by providing an auto-disable feature.

The unique system has been designed to work with existing the PFS ecosystem, to offer a high level of usage flexibility for both commercialized and developmental projects.

By locking the plunger rod to prevent the syringe from being used, patient safety is enhanced as secure administration of the injectable is ensured.

Sycure AD is currently available for 1ml with options for 0.5ml to 10ml planned. Custom colour plunger rods are also available upon request.
