ACME Cosmetic Components
ACME is a market leading manufacturer of stamped metal components for brand owners in the color cosmetics industry, based in NYC for over 35 years.
Since 1950, ACME Cosmetic Components has been stamping quality metal components for the cosmetic industry. ACME serves virtually all of the largest global brand owners and their contract fillers in the color cosmetics industry with standard and custom godets, manufactured from both tin and aluminum. Unique designs and shapes can be easily accommodated with in-house tooling design capabilities.
When custom tooling is required, ACME engineers will design a pan, based on its new dimensions, tolerances, material and special features. They also pay particular attention to allow for “drop-in” performance, enabling the filled component to enter a compact without binding. Special attention is also dedicated to providing the right combination of design and material to accommodate trouble-free manufacturing performance with less waste and more cost-effective results. Once new tooling is complete, samples are prepared for engineering and quality assurance departments to verify dimensions and finish quality.
