History
Ader began its first business activities in 1989. The first products offered were transparent jar pegs. A year later, our products were expanded to include coloured screw tops. In 1991, we started making our first plastic bottles. Ever since then our fleet of machines are regularly upgraded and modernised.
In 1994, in order to meet rising demands, our headquarters and production site were moved to much larger facilities. Through continuous successful cooperation with our customers, in 2001 we were able to open a daughter company in Radecz, near Wroclaw. This branch is mostly responsible for supplying customers in Western and Central Poland.
In 2003 we expanded production to include PET technology products. At first we were focused on bottles for chemical products, however, since 2005 we have also been supplying packaging for the food industry.

We offer over 100 various products. The majority of our products and designs can be found on store shelves in Poland, as well as all around Europe. However, we are always open to designing new products to satisfy and exceed individual customer needs and expectations.
In creating new products we cooperate with the best design studios and mould producers. As a result, we have had multiple successful introductions of new products and redesigns of existing packaging.

Production Capability
In our production process all hollow containers are made using blow moulding technology. All solid elements, such as caps and closures, are made through injection moulding technology. PET containers are made through a combination of these two technologies.
At the moment we have a couple dozen blow moulding machines that are able to process up to 2,400,000 kg of granulates into plastic packaging a year. This approximately corresponds to:
- 29,700 five litre bottles a day* or
- 36,000 two litre bottles a day* or
- 400,000 one litre bottles a day or
- 550,000 halflitre bottles a day or
- 600,000 third of a litre bottles a day
*Not all machines produce containers as large as two or five litres
The maximum output of packaging with smaller capacities will largely depend on its shape. More precisely, it will depend on how many sockets can be placed on one mould.
The number and efficiency of our injection machines is sufficient to secure production of closures for our jars, bottles and other containers, with capacity to spare.
