Product features
Our philosophy: Any product can be filled in an aerosol can until proved otherwise. And we are always willing to find out!
Packing your products as aerosoles presents a wide range of benefits for you, your customers and the end-user.
Some examples include:
- Handy packaging, easy and quick to use
- Easy to clean, if the contents of the can is not used at once, the spray nozzle can be cleaned by turning the can upside down and pressing once
- Easy to transport and available in smaller sizes. We fill cans with quantities from 50 ml. to 1000 ml.
- Clean and hygienic in use and for storage
- Long shelf life, thanks to airtight construction
- No evaporation and thus no changes in product characteristics. Resistant to bacteria, dust or other contaminants
- Containers are made of easily recyclable materials
About Aeropak
On 14 September 2010, Aeropak A/S celebrated its 50th anniversary.
Its founding in 1960 means that Aeropak A/S is the oldest Danish company within the industry.
We are also one of the biggest.
Ever since the early 60s, use of aerosol products has expanded rapidly.
Over the years, Aeropak has consistently met market demand through continuous development of the business and its production capacity.
In 2009, we invested in a fully-automatic process line, with a capacity of up to 6000 cans per hour.
Along with our other process lines, this ensures us very high overall capacity.
As such, we have capacity for very large production runs, but can also fill smaller series, from approx. 500 pcs.

Our years of experience and knowhow are at your disposal. Apply our advice on can size, propellant and labelling. We can also offer sample filling of your product.
All this ensures a solution in which functionality, product protection and design are at the forefront.
Quality management
Our quality and quality management systems are the best.
We mix using a computer-controlled mixing system that reads bar codes. Each mix is traceable.
The finished cans are weight checked according to the e-labelling rules.
Upon request, every customer can obtain a complete weighing report for any batch.

White tin cans:
We can apply labels using our automatic labelling machines.
Cans can also be lithographed for runs of around 15,000 – 30,000 - depending on size.
Bought-in and stored at the customer's expense.
Aluminium cans:
The range of cans in stock can vary, but just about any type can be procured.
- Propellants
We can fill with a range of propellant gases – all of which are approved:
- CO2
- N2O
- LPG
- DME
- Air
Furthermore, we are authorised for filling certain food products.
We can also fill dual chamber aerosol cans with air as propellant.
