Porta Egypt & Rotopack Misr, were recently certified according to ISO 22000 standard version 2005 by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH. They are the two latest units of the group to receive this certification. In December 2008, Cogitel was the first and unique flexible packaging actor in North Africa to get such a certification, followed by Sied Emballage in January 2010. Moreover, Porta & Rotopack have already complied with other requirements of international standards of the utmost importance such as BRC/IoP Certification, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
