Our pressroom has continued to evolve through the years and today is no different. Evidence of this is our recent acquisition in 2012 of a 40-inch 8 color UV perfecting Komori which can change over from perfecting to straight four-color in about 3 minutes, as well as print conventional, Hybrid and UV offset. This compliments our installation of a 40-inch 6 color perfecting Komori in 2011 and 40-inch 8 color perfecting Komori in 2009. Our pressroom also includes a Komori 6-Color Interstation UV capability with inline UV coating which allows various substrates such as plastics, Polypro, Polystyrene as well as other synthetics to be printed on.

With CTP-produced plates, one-step register adjustment, and electronically sent pre-inking via Komori’s Bladesetter, complex make-readies are reduced to 10‘s of sheets versus 100’s. The end result is a superior printed product, shorter turnarounds and on time delivery every time.

For printing that just can not be achieved using conventional offset technology, our Sakurai 40″ high speed screen press can offer finishes, textures, colors and techniques that can bring a uniqueness to your product. We have also answered the request from our customers by installing digital capabilities as well. Our pair of Canon C7000 are able to print up to a 13 x 19 size sheet as well as on various substrates. If Matte, Satin or Gloss UV coatings are what you are looking for on your digital piece, our recent installation of a half-size UV coater will fill this need as well.
