An Phat Plastic

An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company, a member of Vietnam Plastic Association (VPA), and a member of Association Productivity Specialists (APS), was established on 3/9/2007 with the registered capital of nearly VND 500 billions (500.000.000.000). The company’s headquarter locates at Plot CN 11 + 12, An Dong Industrial Park, Ai Quoc, Hai Duong. With more than 200 young excellent staffs, about 1100 skilled workers and equipped by advanced production lines, An Phat is reaching “The biggest plastic bag manufacturer of Vietnam”.

Currently, An Phat has three factories:

Factory No. 1 locates on an area of 10.000 m2 at No 8 Nam Sach Industrial Zone, Ai Quoc, Hai Duong specializes in recycling plastic to make food-covered bags, garbage bags, nylon films for agriculture production and recycled HDPE and LDPE plastic pellets. The productivity is at 900 metric tons per month.

Factory No. 2 covers the area of over 50.000 m2 in An Dong Industrial Park and started production since March 2008. This factory focuses on recycled manufacturing with the designed output of 1300 metric tons per month. Both factories get their production lines imported from Taiwan, Singapore and Japan.

Factory No. 3 specializes in roll bags with the designed yield of 900 metric tons per month. The factory was put into operation at the end of September, 2009.

Factory No.5 established in 2013 is the factory for Japanese market only with capacity of 700 metric tons per month. Through initial difficulties when approaching a new and challenging market, An Phat made biggest efforts on familiazing with Japanese customers as well as consumption demand and gain a lot of prominent achievements. The main kinds of products are Flat and Tshirt garbage bags, Tshirt shopping bags with various dimensions and printing colors. From capacity of 1,499.12 tons in 2014, the factory increased rapidly up to 3,566.78 tons in 2015. Target of exporting capacity in 2016 is 9,576 tons (800 tons per month).

Currently, total volume of all 4 factories is 3800 tons/months. To expand consuming markets in Japan and USA and meet with customer’s demand of various bags for different using purposes, especially compostable bags, Factory No. 6 and Factory No. 7 are building at present. The estimated time of ending construction and beginning production of Factory 6 is in June, 2016. Factory No. 6 with 99,000 square meters will manufacture for Japanese market and Factory No. 5 will change to produce kitchen bags. The expected exporting quantity of all factories after Factory No. 6 completed is 7500 tons/month.
