    Aptar Pharma unveils innovative inhalation drug delivery solutions

    Aptar Pharma is introducing new market innovations in inhalation drug delivery for the Chinese market as respiratory solutions designed to help fight the effects of air pollution.

    The company is also showcasing its Bag on Valve (BOV) technology as well as its wide range of advanced preservative-free dispensing systems for dermal, eye care and nasal drug delivery routes, which offer pharmaceutical professionals flexibility and performance when dealing with formulation challenges in the industry today.

    Aptar Pharma’s BOV technology is cost effective and environmentally safe. It provides full protection of the content, and, most important for the final user, is easy to use and highly convenient. This offers new opportunities for pharmaceutical packaging for water-based products in line with new legislation.

    These innovations will be presented at CPhI China 2018, taking place at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center, Shanghai, China.

    An innovation wall at the booth will provide visitors with the opportunity to discover a wide range of Aptar Pharma’s technological innovations, such as PremiumCoat™, the coated stopper that represents a step change in the provision of elastomeric stoppers and offers a reduction in particulates for injectables drug delivery.

    Further to exhibiting, Aptar Pharma will also be presenting a half day seminar looking at "Global Successful Products for Upper Respiratory Health" and "Package Innovation for Ophthalmic & Dermal Products".
