Arden Dies was the first UK die maker to install laser cutting technology in the early 1970’s. This replaced the traditional jigged die method of production and revolutionised the industry. In keeping with our philosophy to be at the forefront of technology, Arden Dies has equipped itself with multiple high powered lasers. The depth of our experience and these high precision lasers allows us to cut material as thick as 10mm steel, as well as a variation of conventional die base materials.

Our vast capacity in this area ensures we meet our customers demanding delivery requirements. Arden Dies equipment is testament to our commitment to investment in new technology. Automated bending and rule processing equipment, turret counter milling machines and water jet rubber cutting equipment, as well as a dedicated engineering maintenance programme to ensure continuance of production. Whilst our equipment is state-of-the-art, our greatest asset is our wealth of die and carton production experience. Our staff have an average of over 20 years experience in die making and tooling production. In addition, we continue to educate our personnel in order to keep abreast of the latest developments in the converting industry.

A pre-production review by these employees is undertaken to assess if deviation from our BSI controlled customer specification is required, to improve their production process.
