Arol customer care
The Arol Spa Service department globally supports the customer through maintenance programs on site. Arol Spa constantly guarantees a remote assistance with the possibility to activate a red-line for emergency components delivery. The customer is supported with an on-site global coverage in case of critical events.
Arol Training
AROL has structured a multi-level training program with an high customization’s level according to specific customers' requirements.
All training programs are led in AROL headquarter in Canelli with the opportunity of integrating learning sessions at the customer site.
Arol manufacturing
AROL produces internally + 90% of its mechanical parts.
Vertical integration of the whole manufacturing cycle guarantees a real production flexibility and a constant quality and delivery control through the entire process.
Arol North America manufacturing plant
AROL currently has two manufacturing plants: Canelli (Italy base headquarter), Suawanee in Georgia (North America manufacturing plant).
The first plant produces all the AROL models present in the AROL GENERAL CATALOGUE. The North America manufacturing plant is focused on designing and producing specific models dedicated to the US markets: mechanical elevators, waterfall sorters, change parts (for all the AROL models).
AROL North America manufacturing plant allows to offer US customers a taylor made product on specific, US requirements, an immediate assistance programme and a shorter delivery time.
