Arun Plasto Moulders is a pioneer in using injection moulding process for thin wall plastic moulding and thin wall packaging. High speed plastic injection moulding machines, robotic systems, special thin wall plastic injection moulds, custom part design and material selection are the key parameters which keeps us successful in thin wall plastic injection moulding.

Arun Plasto Moulders uses world class integrated facility of Plastic Injection Moulding setup following international standards to produce and deliver high quality products to customers globally. Our capability to offer best quality products in large quantities is strengthened by our state of the art equipment and machinery. A machinery set up of more than 100 sophisticated injection moulding machines are used for the manufacturing process.

We handle more than 200 complex hot runner moulds for our day to day production activities. Our moulds are designed and built to optimize injection moulding efficiency, long life and performance. In order to increase productivity and to supply quality products, Arun Plasto Moulders uses automated assembly machines handling huge capacities per day. To improve the aesthetics of the moulded components, we do hot foil stamping with huge capacity installed to meet customers’ requirements.
