AST Plastic Containers

For more than 35 years your producer for plastic-containers and -drums.

Since 1977 the company “AST Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH” have produced plastic-containers and drums for dangerous goods. Our product-range starts with containers (5 – 60 ltr.) over open-top-drums (120 – 220 ltr.) up to tight-head drums with a capacity of 220 ltr. Besides our two plants in Germany, we have set up a new production-plant in United Kingdom in January 2012. Furthermore we produced the first canisters in a new established AST-plant in Belgium in 2014. With these steps we want to be on the doorstep of our customers in Europe. All AST sites produce the same range and we are reaching a high level of supply guarantee.

Quick, flexible and reliable

Four production sites: Two in Erndtebrück (Germany), one in Wrexham (UK) and Hoogstraten (Belgium) guarantee our short term and flexible ability to supply, due to large storage facilities and the excellent location of our factories. On time deliveries are guaranteed due to well organized production planning, supported by our own fleet of transport.

Premium Products - Premium Quality

Our products are identified by premium quality. We use a high performance raw material, manu- factured to the highest standard. Our high quality standard is certified by quality management system (ISO 9001:2008). In addition, our containers are tested and approved according to the strict requirements of the ADR (UN-approval). To ensure sustainable products, we have also implemented an Energy Management System (ISO50001) in our manu- facturing process.
