Features:

  • SM-2101-2PF Automatic Filling Metering Capping Machine is installed a two-head filling / metering system to work with the automatic capping machine. (This machine is for auger type metering / filling operation)
  • Able to work with the double start wheel for bottle/can conveying & positioning system to perform the filling operation.
  • Conveyor is mounted a precision splitter to perform the intermittent movement for bottle/can to achieve the accurate positioning function.
  • Transmission system in filling machine is equipped with a servomotor (Japan Mitsubishi) to have a high accuracy and stability.
  • Auto cap sealing machine
  • Double star-shaped turntable for bottle/can conveying positioning system.
  • Auto bottle/can positioning, lifting and vibrating, filling system able to stop filling when there is no bottle, and stop the machine & system at bottle jam.
  • Setup of input memory module may vary with the product type and weight for the convenience of management and application.
  • The operation & control system is available from the man-machine interface–touch screen, ease of operation.
  • All air cylinders are made to Japan SMC specifications, stable quality.

  • The machine is available to be adapted to the raw material system at pre-section for auto linking connection.
  • This machine is available to link the cap sealing and labeling systems, etc. at the post section.
