Equipment manufacturing / assembly / environmental management:
In facility production/assembly/environment management: Taking the advantage of ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008, Autofill will start from environment management and purifying mentality as a first step for having any production. We control all parts quality with precise measurement and perfect element. Then they are qualified to be used for fabricating the machine. The technical skill for assembling machine is very important. Autofill insists to have a skillful employee who has more than 15 years’ experience to carry on the job. All the procedure are starting from checking the qualified parts and strictly assembling procedure to completing the fabrication of machine.
Equipment assembled test machine:
Testing run for the fabricated machine: Autofill is strictly asking to proceed the test run with the duration of more than 100 hours. Later on all the screws of the machine have to be tightened again. Then the FAT will be allowed to perform.
Service and parts supply:
After sales service and parts supply: After the FAT is completed, Autofill will certify their machine quality against EU and USA. Absolutely their customer will ensure the quality of Autofill’s facility. Autofill’s computer is managing all the parts for each machine with Laser etching to the parts. They are input in HMI. It will help the operator to verify the photo and series number in HMI. For sure it will assist operator and purchasing department to have an excellent management for the parts without mistake when there is any necessary to exchange the parts. The perfect system of after-sales-service is provided. Meantime Autofill is established a reasonable system of signing a contract. It will enable customer to ensure a good maintenance service provided during any emergency.
