BDMO and Hellyn Kartonnage together announce the formation of a strategic partnership between the two companies. A more intense collaboration is made possible by bringing together the shareholdership, enabling the further growth of the business activities of both companies.

BDMO is specialized in luxury packaging made from rigid cardboard while Hellyn Kartonnage is known for its personalized presentation tools made from cardboard. Both companies know each other already for a long time, working together as a respective customer & supplier and share the same values on sustainable entrepreneurship. As of now, both companies can collaborate even more intensely and on a more strategic level. Focus will be put on the further development of innovative packaging and presentation tools which can be used by their customers as true marketing tools.

Both companies will remain independent and will operate under their own respected brands. The BDMO team will be further managed by Geert Casselman. The Hellyn team by Mieke Hellyn for sales & marketing, by Jan Hellyn for production and will be reinforced by Kris De Brabandere for general & financial matters. Koen Hellyn will hand over his order management responsibilities internally in the course of 2017.

Both sister companies will realize a combined turnover of more than 14 million euros, primarily in Belgium but also in the neighboring countries. Total employment exceeds 80 motivated employees.
