This innovative structure has a hinging mechanism which allows to be creative when designing art, and particularly when using a clear PET vacuum formed tray where 2D effects are possible.

FLOATING LINER:

This innovative process allows us to create a windowed carton by utilizing a specific lamination process. We can create apertures in any shapes giving you the opportunity to also have multiple windows strategically placed to highlight your products.

• Create upscale windowed packaging to hide unsightly raw edges typical around conventional windowing of apertures

INVIZ-EDGE:

Our edge spraying virtually simulates the Vat Dyed board appearance at a fraction of the cost.  The purpose for this process is to make all unsightly raw white edges disappear.

• Use any substrates such as sbs to give it a vat dye appearance
• Vat dye like cartons can now have a glossy coated appearance
• No more moq and no more color compromises when selecting 
• Reduces lead times as SBS can be converted to look like a vat dye stock
