BLISTERING:

BELLWYCK employs Klockner CP2 and Klockner CP3 machines to meet the blistering needs of our customers

A variety of barrier films and cold form foils may be employed to protect the integrity of the product

BOTTLING:

BELLWYCK has the capability to bottle your product in a full range of sizes and configurations.

Features of this equipment include cotton insertion, induction sealing, neck banding and child-resistant capping to name a few

POUCHING:

• BELLWYCK has the capacity to pouch solid dose products in a full range of sizes and configurations.
• Features of this equipment include Thermal Transfer Coder, Print-Registration system, fill verification system (Optical and physical)
• Currently engineered to feed solid dosage form.  Can be modified to feed liquids, semi-solids, powders with replacements/re-engineering of feeding system

ENCAPSULATION:

• BELLWYCK has the capacity to encapsulate powders in hard-gelatin capsules. Tooling is available for size 0 and size 1 capsules. Features of this equipment includes metal detector, empty capsule sorter and capsule polisher
• Process is capable of producing 50,000 capsules/hour

SECONDARY PACKAGING:

In addition to primary packaging, BELLWYCK has significant capacity for pure secondary packaging opportunities.
 

CARTONING

• Recent investments in this area allow us to fulfill both short and long run applications
• Our equipment features barcode verification on the product insert and the folding carton
• Check-weighers are employed to guarantee accurate filling

LABELING

• Automatic and manual labeling depending on scope of project
• Relabeling and overlabeling with blockout labels
• Bright stock labeling programs

PRODUCT INSPECTION:

• Look for missing, incomplete, or illegible lot and expiry
• Review shipments for damaged product
• Wrinkled labels or damaged cartons
• Unsealed cartons or bottle
