These superior ingredients are directed to the film layer where they are most needed to ensure the production of an advanced stretch film with superior performance characteristics. Our zero tolerance approach to quality ensures the production of a silage stretch film that delivers highly efficient bale wrapping of both round and square bales all day long.

PolybalePro

PolybalePro stretchfilm gives farmers and contractors more bales per reel, time savings and improved silage quality. PolybalePro is manufactured using our patented Pro Technology to enhance the essential characteristics of silage stretchfilm. PolybalePro is wrapped in our unique sleeve packaging that protects each bale individually until it is ready for use. Our sleeve packaging is made from the same material as the balewrap, which means it can all be recycled together, saving time on sorting waste materials for recycling.

SiloFlex

Premium Multi-Layer Bale Wrap SiloFlex® is a premium co-extruded bale wrap designed to offer superior strength, puncture and tear resistance, and UV protection over mono-layer and other economy brands of bale wrap. SiloFlex® is an affordable bale wrap in a premium multiple layer stretch film made using the latest in polymer technology. SiloFlex® is particularly suited for use with round bale wrappers and in-line wrappers, with silage bales, high moisture hay, straw, and dry hay. It also stretches up to 70%.

SilotiteEco

Adding Value, Saving Time SilotiteECO provides an economical balewrapping solution for small to medium sized farming operations. It is a tried and tested balewrap developed for use on fixed round balers. This cost-effective silage stretchfilm is manufactured with 10% extra length which allows users to gain up to 10% more bales per reel. Depending on the number of layers applied, this could mean an additional 3 bales are wrapped for each reel used. The extra film length also saves time as it means fewer reel changes.

SilotitePro

SilotitePro offers farmers and contractors several benefits including more bales per reel, time savings and enhanced silage quality. Its convenient sleeve packaging means that SilotitePro has less packaging material, with no bulky boxes to move around and recycle separately. The packaging is made of the same material as the film inside, so it can all be recycled together. SilotitePro is manufactured using the latest raw materials and advanced manufacturing techniques that enhance the essential characteristics of silage stretchfilm. As a pre-orientated film SilotitePro benefits from an enhanced oxygen barrier – critical to ensuring excellent crop conservation.

Introducing SilotitePro1800 Sustane. Part of Berry’s B Circular Range, a testament of Berry’s customer promise and our ongoing commitment to delivering sustainable solutions supporting your goals. SilotitePro1800 Sustane combines the benefits of our Pre-orientated Pro Technology with recycled content, resulting in less film usage and an improved environmental profile. Delivering high levels of technical performance, SilotitePro1800 Sustane’s longer length allows you to wrap more bales per reel, saving time and preserving silage quality. Through lightweighting and the incorporation of recycled content, the environmental load of SilotitePro1800 Sustane 23 μm film (with 25% PCR) is ±24% less than our standard 25 μm film (with 0% PCR), supporting the circular economy and helping to divert waste from landfill. SilotitePro1800 Sustane has been certified by RecyClass, offering users full traceability of recycled content in terms of chains of custody. Conveniently packaged in a PE sleeve allowing balewrap and outer packaging to be recycled together, eliminating the need for separation.~

Visqueen PolycropPro is a technically advanced stretchfilm, which is produced using innovative PRO Technology, which stretches the film under controlled manufacturing conditions. This process results in a high performance stretchfilm with additional reel length and a lower film thickness which combine to provide enhanced bale throughput, reduced oxygen permeability, high strength and superior tear resistance.
