BOSSAR PACKAGING, S.A. will participate at Interpack 2017 Trade Fair at the same location of the last edition: Hall 8b, booth D58.

During this edition, BOSSAR will present new technologies ranging from the horizontal machine with Top Spout application in quadruplex execution, to the bag forming machine synchronized for filling, applying the new concept of filling through the spout.

At Interpack 2017 we will display to our customers the new developments in Full Servo machine by presenting the horizontal forming Ultra Clean version for spouted pouches with total shape, which performs the same quality as preformed spouted pouches.

BMS 4.2‐STU‐4 TV ‐ Quadruplex machine with top spout applicator, totally powered by servo engines, that manufactures and fills spouted pouches with total shape, in Ultra Clean conditions: laminar flow, UV lamps and in‐line sterilization of the spouts.

The filling system is performed by mass flowmeters, which include CIP / SIP cleaning system. With the combination of this technology (Servo + Mechanical Engineering) the Bossar machine manufactures spouted pouches with an unmatched sealing quality at a speed of 200‐240 bpm.

BMS RIVALE ‐ Completely new spouted pouch filling system consisting of a pre made pouch making machine with top spout sealing. Once the spouted pouches have been manufactured, the premade spouted pouches are being filled in a separate connected machine through the spout, and thereafter the cap is screwed on the filled spouted pouch.

With this development, we separate completely the pouch making from the pouch filling area. The line produces/fills at 110‐120 bpm with full pouch shape capabilities resulting in unrivalled pouch quality, total cost of ownership and filling efficiencies.
