Our range of technologies ensures that BTP can package any product in single-dose sachets to the highest standards of quality and hygiene safety. Sachets can be made in various formats, from the small 50x70mm size, containing a maximum of 3ml to the largest 30x170mm size, containing a maximum of 120ml, and a whole range of capacities and formats in between. BTP also has two standard formats for customers who need to produce small quantities of possibly different products: a 60x80mm sachet with a maximum capacity of 5ml (for face cream or hand cream) and a 60x100mm sachet with a maximum capacity of 10ml (for body lotion, shampoo or conditioner), and production quantities of as little as 5,000 with single-colour printing.
