Injection Molding

It is the first process of production, which has the most important effect on the product quality. ChangShin manufactures the highest quality products with rigorous quality control from raw materials, tooling and injection molding. Coating (metalizing, printing)

Changsin which generates optimal customer satisfaction through the manufacturing process considering the convenience and stability adds the beauty to the product by offering various decoration options. We boast of the optimal quality and productivity by the efficient management of the in-house and outsourcing process with the technical know-how of spray coating, metalizing, silk screening, hot stamping, heat & water transfer, and digital printing, etc. In addition, we are continuously seeking for new decoration options to satisfy customers’ needs and be competitive in the market.

Assembly (assembly site)

We maintain competitiveness in quality and productivity by the use of automated machines. We avoid quality errors through our in-house training and keeping our production area sanitized and dust-free. We also have a 1:10:100 rule which is a basis in avoiding problems that may arise through the production process which means ‘if the problem is found in the production process, the cost is 1, if the problem was detected by the customer, the cost is 10, if the problem is identified by the consumer, the cost is 100. Our production assemblies are handled by trained professionals thus giving the product more scrutiny based on our strict self-screening standard ensuring high quality to the finished products.

Quality/release

We monitor all processes for the efficient management of the incoming product inspection, process inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. We also ensure in achieving ‘no inferior quality’ activity by building a process which can solve the problem by holding frequent meetings and discussions with relevant departments when the problem is already out of the management range. We deliver products which went through thorough reliability test to our customers in the perfect condition.
