Established in 1996, Chunjing Glass Products Co. Ltd is an enterprise engaged in the research, development, production and sale of glass bottles for the fragrance and cosmetic sectors. The company's annual turnover is around $20,000,000, thanks to a work area covering approximately 100,000m2, including 17 fully automatic production lines.
The company boasts two lines of spray-coating machines, one for use with low temperatures, the other with high. Further, Chunjing has over 60 sets of silk-screen and hot stamping equipment, as well as the ability to offer a variety of other contemporary decoration options, such as fire polishing for bottle surfaces and glass metallization.
With a production rate of 250,000,000 glass bottles of various specifications annually, Chunjing is able to meet any requirement for high quality, quickly delivered items.
The company also provides customers with a high degree of security, thanks to its ISO 9001 certification and 80 experienced QC staff inspecting the whole producing process, including IQC, AQL and QA. Chunjing consistently produces orders with a defect rate of zero, and encourages third party inspection.
With over 16 years of experience each, the company's 8 engineers (three of whom are senior engineers), can design new products to the tune of 100 sets per year. Chunjing also runs it's own molding factory, where a product can be designed and set to manufacture in as little as 25 days. Thanks to Chunjing's strong R&D capabilities, there are at least 200 clients worldwide continuously co-operating with the firm.
