Enhanced Graphics
The full surface of the tubes can be decorated, including the shoulder and the crimp area. The ability to print in up to 10 colours results in no registration problems between printed colours. High definition graphic reproduction can be used to showcase photo-realistic artwork and design. Shiny or matte metallic effect artworks can be created, so there's no need to use a laminated tube to achieve a metallic effect. As the label is molded and embedded into the tube structure, there is no chance of defects or damage to the artwork on the tube.
Efficient Manufacturing
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set low, at 10,000 items. The tubes, decoration, and cap are produced in one injection process, resulting in lower manufacturing costs due to the efficient one-step moulding process. Shipping and logistics are more efficient as well, as multiple sites are set to manufacture the tubes, in mainland China, Hong Kong, Canada, and Poland.
Sustainability
All parts (label, cap, and tube sleeve) are made from PP, allowing easier recycling. No glue is required as it is a single layer tube. There is no requirement for a layer of COEX material, as the barrier properties are superior to traditional extruded tubes. Production in PP has a lower carbon footprint than producing in PE. Thinner wall thickness results in less material being used.
