Copco has launched an innovative flip-top cap for plastic tubes with visual tamper-evidence in the form of special plastic seals. The snap-on flip-top cap is extremely difficult to remove from the tube and the special plastic tamper-evident seals remove the requirement for an aluminium virgin seal on the orifice to ensure the product remains safe from manipulation.

The diameter of Copco's tamper-evident flip-top cap is 40mm and there are 2 plastic seals in both sides of the closure. The cap remains fully intact until it is opened by the consumer as the plastic seals are ripped as the cap is opened ensuring the product. The benefit to the consumer is the assurance of a non-tampered product and the benefit to the brand is that there are no increased costs as no extra seal is required.

The cap can be used with tubes in capacities of 105ml to 175ml which can be customized in colour and decorated, whether a single-layer or a multi-layer tube according to the product which will be contained within.
