Copco has developed a new sprayer which solves many of the problematic issues related to high viscosity liquid products. The sprayer is available in four sizes, 20/410, 22/415, 24/410 and 24/415, with an output of 0.17 to 0.2CC. It provides a clean-cut solution for the spraying of common liquid, and can spray high viscosity liquids like hair gel, sun care products without titanium dioxide, and many other viscous liquid personal care solutions.

The sprayer benefits from a cap which can protect the liquid content from being dispensed by accident. The colour of the actuator can be any choice of colour, and its closure can also be customized - it can be smooth or ribbed, and can be an aluminum overshell in either silver or gold, shiny or matte.

Furthermore, the aluminium overshell can also be printed on, enabling this special sprayer to stand out according to requirements.
