With improved tooling technology and extremely strict production control, Copco has successfully overcome a notorious obstacle among all plastic producers – shrink marks and molding lines. Shrink marks are generated by uneven mould shrinkage, and mostly appear at thick sections or at the end of the flow path.

Shrinkage in the middle of surface on square acrylic bottles, and the annoying molding lines which exist on every plastic item have disappeared. Copco has produced a perfectly square acrylic bottle without all those flaws -such as sunken surface and dots and lines- which have been tolerated for so long, and it also has a perfect right-angle which is unbelievable!
