TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We can guarantee technical assistance all over the world with skilled technicians for all our lipstick machines. In case of special machines, the technical assistance will be given also by modem.
Training of the customer’s operators will be made directly by our technicians on site. So they will effect directly the maintenance operations, in order to reduce the stop of the machine and maximize the working order of the plant.

START-UP OF THE PLANTS

Cosmatic pays particular attention to the end user. For this reason the software programs are simple and for prompt use. It is also possible to agree with the customer a specific training for the best operation of our lipstick machines.

SPARE PARTS

For lipstick machines the company assures the shipment of spare parts within 24 hours from receipt of the order.

MOULDS

Our project engineers are at customer’s disposal to carry out special moulds on customer’s requirement. We can study also alternative solutions to the classical shapes on the market.
