The 50th edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna has been presented yesterday, Wednesday, December 14, at the prestigious Dubai Mall in Dubai. 58 participants including journalists, distributors and local companies could discover the new initiatives of the 2017 edition.
The event is part of the promotional plan for Made in Italy, supported by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and ITA - Italian Trade Agency, in collaboration with Cosmetica Italia – Personal Care Association.
The General Consul in Dubai and UAE, Valentina Setta, Gianpaolo Bruno, Italian Trade Commissioner in UAE, Oman and Pakistan, and Nouf Ahmad Youssef Alabd, Senior Executive of Dubai Export, attended the event. The international platform of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna has been presented by Mattia Miglio, International Affairs Manager, and Francesca Maturi, Coordinator of Buyers Program for Bologna Fiere Cosmoprof Spa.
During the presentation, great interest has been arisen from the announcement by Dubai Export, the government agency dedicated to the promotion of exports of the UAE, which is organizing the first national pavilion at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna in 2017.
Many buyers confirmed their visit to Bologna.
The companies Ancorotti and Pink Frogs, who have been exhibiting at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, presented their products with live make-up sessions.
The promotional program supported by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and ITA will then move to Canada, in Toronto, on 18 and 19 January 2017, for the last stop of a trip that brought the brand Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna in key international markets.
