At CTLpack, we manufacture extruded plastic tubes for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food. We transform polyethylene (PE) granules into perfectly molded tubes, ready for any application. Our tubes are enhanced with attractive decorations using flexographic, silk-screen, dry offset, and hot stamping printing, elevating their visual appeal. We offer both single-layer and multi-layer options, combining high-quality polymers, including an Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol (EVOH) barrier layer for optimal protection. Committed to sustainability, we use eco-friendly materials such as post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics and bio-based polymers derived from sugarcane.

Laminated tubes combine the benefits of aluminum and plastic, making them ideal for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food products. They feature high-quality flexographic printing and/or cold stamping, ensuring they stand out on any shelf. Constructed from a longitudinally welded polyethylene (PE) sheet, the tube provides superior protection with multiple layers, including a barrier layer. At CTLpack, we offer two types of laminated tubes: the ABL Tube, which includes an aluminum layer for high protection, suitable for premium pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, and the PBL Tube, made entirely of plastic with an Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol (EVOH) barrier that extends the shelf life of the contents. This technology ensures that your products remain fresh and protected.

In-Mold Labeling (IML) integrates decorative labels directly into the injection molding process of thermoplastic materials. This process creates a seamless fusion of the label with the packaging, resulting in a single, cohesive piece ideal for cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. IML labels are printed using flexography or digital printing, providing striking, high-quality decorations for a flawless and long-lasting appearance. Additionally, hot or cold stamping can be applied to enhance the decoration. A key advantage of IML is that both the label and the packaging are made from polypropylene (PP), making the product 100% recyclable and compatible with post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials.

Our range of sustainable tubes is made from recycled and eco-friendly materials, including PE-PCR and PP-PCR, both mechanically and chemically recycled through certified Mass Balance processes. Options include lightweight designs like the ECO-f tube, which reduces plastic use by up to 28%, and a 100% recyclable monomaterial PP tube. Innovative features such as NIR-detectable colorants ensure proper recycling, while the PE-GREEN tube uses bio-based polyethylene derived from sugarcane grown in sustainable, non-deforested areas. These solutions enhance sustainability while maintaining high quality and functionality for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food products.
