• PE-PCR
  Post-consumer recycled polyethylene (PE-PCR) is sourced from plastic packaging used in food contact applications. By reintroducing used plastic into the production chain, we promote a circular economy. This material is mechanically recycled. Our tube bodies contain up to 50% PE-PCR, and the heads up to 75%. Additionally, we offer the option of 100% PP-PCR caps.
• PE-PCR ISCC+
  Our chemically recycled post-consumer polyethylene, certified by ISCC+ under a Mass Balance approach, supports the circular economy through the purchase of certified raw materials. The body of this tube contains up to 100% PE-PCR Mass Balance, and the head up to 100%. A 100% PP-PCR Mass Balance cap is also available.
• PP-PCR
  By using post-consumer recycled polypropylene (PP-PCR) from FDA NOL-approved packaging, we foster a circular economy. Our tube bodies contain up to 15% PP-PCR, and the heads up to 50%, with the option of 100% PP-PCR caps.
• PP-PCR ISCC+
  PP-PCR Mass Balance material offers a sustainable solution with up to 47% PP-PCR Mass Balance in the tube body, and 100% in the heads and caps.
• ECO-f
  Available as a co-extruded tube, this packaging reduces plastic use by up to 28% compared to other tubes with similar characteristics. Thanks to the combination of the lightweight Minitop cap and a reduced skirt thickness of 0.4mm, it is an ideal option for large-format tubes. Suitable for diameters of 35, 40, and 50mm (from 40ml to 250ml).
• MONO-MATERIAL
  A 100% polypropylene (PP) injection-molded tube, including the body, label, head, and cap, facilitating recyclability up to 99%. Available in diameters of 35, 40, and 50mm (from 40ml to 265ml).
• NIR DETECTABLE
  With a new carbon-free black colorant, we ensure that plastic materials are correctly identified and sorted in recycling lines. These colorants offer excellent opacity while maintaining the same print quality as traditional black.
• PE-GREEN
  Our Green tube is made from material derived from sugarcane grown in controlled areas of Brazil, far from the Amazon rainforest. These plantations capture CO2, reducing greenhouse gas emissions at the source. This bio-based material is created by converting sugarcane ethanol into ethylene, which is then polymerized into food-grade polyethylene. All components are 100% recyclable.
