Discos
Discos operates in the market as a company specialized in packaging for cosmetic, hygiene, and parapharmaceutical products in single dose strips or combined solutions.
With over twenty years of experience in the cosmetic sector, Discos srl is the perfect partner for the packaging of cosmetics, medical devices, and food supplements in single-dose and combined strips.
The company covers an area of 6,000 square meters, of which 1,500 are dedicated to packaging and are divided into two laboratories for the packaging of cosmetic products, a clean room ISO 8 for Medical Devices, and a laboratory for food supplements.
Discos srl is able to provide a full-cycle service.
Production:
Discos produces single-dose strips with a capacity ranging from 0.33ml to 10ml, and combined strips with a capacity from 5ml to 15ml. Single-dose and modular strips can be supplied:
- Blank, without any printBlank, customised and/or with master colouringBlank, with pad printing up to 3 colours
Custom packaging for third parties. Single-dose strip filling:
Filling is done in a controlled contamination environment, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, HACCP/GMPquality systems.
Various items can be packaged into a single dose:
- Cosmetics: creams, serums, fillers, gels, toothpaste, hair care products, etc.
- Medical devices: ophthalmic solutions, nasal waters, thermal waters, gels, and all kinds of products with the CE mark
- Food: food supplements, vitamins, liquid biphasic solutions, and powders
Customization:
The single-dose strip and combined packaging can be customized with pad printing up to 3 colours.
Thanks to extremely flexible internal organization, Discos is able to satisfy any customer’s requirements, from processing small batches to a daily production of up to 100,000 single doses.
