The Sustainable Foods Summit will be hosted in São Paulo on 28-29th November. The fifth Latin American edition will discuss developments in plant-based foods, green packaging, organic food supply chains, ingredients traceability, vegan & vegetarian consumers, building a circular economy, product innovations, etc.

For the first time, the summit will discuss the prospects for plant-based foods in Latin America. An update will be given on the organic food market, as well as food ingredients that are being used for sustainability. Practical approaches to reduce the packaging impact of food & beverages will also be covered.

Since 2009, the Sustainable Foods Summit has been covering major developments in the food industry concerning sustainability and eco-labels, such as Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, etc. This international series of summits is now hosted in the major regions: Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, as well as Latin America.
