Eliopack has developped the PackBio©.
These film are 100% natural, made of annually renewable starch. The film are printable and suitable for lamination. They can be printed by roto- or flexo- gravure with inks certified by the 13432 norm.
ThePackBio© range consists of transparent (glossy), white, metallized, sealable and barrier film. PackBio© has its origins in agriculture. It is natural, compostable, biologically degradable and recyclable. The market are numerous and the PackBio© ilms can immediately replace existing fossil products.

For lamination, Eliopack uses a solvent-free glue on a 1050mm table. The glule distributor ensures a constant proportioning and optimizes the process time.
Our 2 stabilization rooms complete the industrial entity which is turned towards the following markets : lid market, printing between 2 layers, bad market, vertical and longitudinal packaging market. A constant control system quarantees the quality of the products.
Eliopack has a material park of 6 slitters which take into account all possible requirements :
- 1800 mm, double spindle
- 1600 mm, single spindle, macro perforation
- 1300 mm, double spindle, folding equipment
- 1000 mm, single spindle
- 600 mm, single spindle
Within its large range of packaging solutions, Eliopack proposes its skills in the sleeve filed.
Eliopack's know-how in printing and lamination allow us to produce made to measure sleeves which are exactly definded and adapted to the needs of each project.
The ElioSleeve department, consisting of ultra modern machines set up in a clean room, meets the strictest hygiene standards.
The ElioSleeve range is printed in roto or flexo, in reels or in formats. ElioSleeve includes the PackBio© range, and allows for the production of goods which take into account environmental requirements.
ElioSleeve allows you to create :
- ElioSleeve Décor: special inks (polishes, adhesives...) Double-sided printing
- ElioSleeve Promotional: Double or triple shafts, Notches, Specific slitting.
- ElioSleeve Inviolability: Vertical or continuous perforation Tirecel, Preformed, Authentication, Blank or printed
- Adhesive stickers (BRI, booklets, Braille and authentication) can be put on ElioSleeve products.
ElioSleeve creates prototypes and pilot series to secure projects. We propose our Full-Service offer which goes from the creation of the product until the co-packaging
Eliopack masters two complementary printing methods :
- The rotogravure ensures power and a hight definition for very demanding creations. Eliopack has an 8 colours machine on an 800 mm table which is mainly dedicated to small and medium runs.
A high-performance electronic control system and a very quick loading system allows us to combine quality and evenness.
Process Control is carried out on 100% of printed films. The pharmaceutical, cosmetic, press, food-business markets are, amongst others, served by this technology. - The fléxogravure allows us to combine quality printing and flexibility in the creations.
This technology, which is in constant development, can be adapted to satisfy certain specifications and objectives, whilst taking into account the economic aspects.
The 8 colours machine has a 1020mm table and has an on-line slitting system. This printer has a millimiteres space GUEARLESS system.
