Created in May 2006 following the SAFET group sale and the buyout of the aluminium department by the managers and a Swiss investor, the Gallay family.

Design, production, printing, logistics, quality and environmental assurance and a sales team - the 130 - strong staff of EMBALTECH France can count on their 50-year experience in this field.

Its culture, combining traditional expertise and innovation, together with its ability to respond to new customer projects, enables EMBALTECH France to commit to research and the application of adapted solutions.

A 7000m2 covered premises, on a total surface area of 17 000m2, allows EMBALTECH France to design products in the best possible conditions.

Certified ISO 9001/2000 , EMBALTECH France exports almost 60% of its products around the world, for a total turnover of 15 million euros (2006).

Manufacturing Process

For the manufacture of our products, we have implemented a rigorous production process. This process enables us to design technical components and packaging that precisely meet your specifications.

Cold impact extrusion on horizontal presses from 30 to 800T.
Die-stamping, marking and embossing on presses from 15 to 200T.
Side-trimming, threading, crimping and other finishing on special machines.
Degreasing on 3 automatic machines, using hydrocarbon chloride and other cleaning agents.
Decoration of tubes, rigid cases and aerosol shells on 4-colour offset machines: 8 lines for
printing and inner and outer varnishing.
Vibratory finishing and special heat treatments.
Design and manufacture of automated units for specific requirements.
