    Envases Europe appoints new President

    Brian Nielsen has decided to step down as President after a lifelong career in our company. 

    Over the years, Envases Europe has risen from a small Danish firm to a European-wide player in the food, beverage and industrial metal packaging segments with community, sustainability and our customers as our top priorities. Mr. Isaías Zapata, President of the Envases Group for the Food and Industrial Division, commented:

    “Brian Nielsen has been instrumental in the growth and success journey of the company, and I wish to thank him for his many years of service, his dedication, professionalism and on a personal note also for his friendship. He will be sorely missed.”

    Dan Aggertoft Christensen has been appointed as the new President Envases Europe

    Dan Aggertoft Christensen has been appointed as the new President Envases Europe, Dan, who until today served as COO, moved up the ranks in a wide array of functions and responsibilities, from logistics, purchasing and IT to plant management and until today had the responsibility of our entire purchasing, logistics and production portfolio. He joined the company in 2009.

    Regarding this appointment Mr. Isaías Zapata said:

    “I couldn’t be more excited about the future for Envases Europe. Dan will bring not only his experience and intelligence to this position, but also together with a strong management team a refreshed and analytical approach to sustainability, growth and full satisfaction of our customers”.  

    Dan commented:

    “Brian leaves a great legacy, and it is a privilege for me to step up and lead the continuous growth journey for Envases.”

    Klaus Breinholt has been appointed new Operations Director and the commercial business will continue to be headed by Chief Commercial Officer Mikkel Nørgaard Dall.
