Essel Propack's Holographic Tubes have a hologram mark that is easy to detect but difficult to replicate - providing a key anti-counterfeit feature to prevent product duplication.
These seamless plastic tubes represent an exciting frontier in the packaging industry, especially for the cosmetics category, enabling superb aesthetics value and easy adaptability to several decorative forms. EPL has been innovating furiously on extruded tubes to several sectors, bolstered by its acquisition of Arista Tubes, a leading manufacturer in the United Kingdom.
These tubes are used to pack high-end, low-volume products across industries. Offering enhanced shelf and superior brand salience on shelf, they are an attractive and durable packaging solution for a variety of product lines. From custom coloured materials to high-end decoration techniques, EPL offers solutions that can be customized to any kind of product or market.
The company offers options of structure, ranging from Monolayer (LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE and HDPE) to Multilayer (co-extruded 2 layer sleeve, co-extruded 5 layer LLDPE sleeve with monolayer shoulder and co-extruded 5 layer HDPE sleeve with monolayer shoulder). Decorations can be made available in up to 8 colours offset (line & text, vignettes and illustrations), up to 6 colours silkscreen and metallic & pearlescent inks.
Labelling options include full wrap, front & back, label sets and patch labels; as well as multi-layer and tactile labels. Extruded tubes are manufactured, printed and capped in-line. Special decorations such as silk screen printing, foil blocking and labelling are secondary processes.
