Since 1984 Flacopharm is situated between Chartres and Paris, on a 3000m² plant. As the first glass bottle and vial manufacturer & designer on the French market Flacopharm has a strong technological know-how and its production tool is done for highest quality standards.
Customers oriented, we make regular investments in order to raise and optimize our production capacity raising already 300 Millions of glass bottles a year for nearly 20 production lines.
Last but not least, Flacopharm has made a name for itself as an essential partner of major brands of cosmetic industry thanks to its very adaptable and responsive team of 50 employees.
In addition to the french brands, we export our products to different countries : USA, UK, Brasil, Europe (Spain, Italy, Switzerland...), and Middle East.
A SPECIFIC KNOW-HOW
At Flacopharm we embedded all manufacturing steps for a bottle. Indeed design, Blueprint, tooling, ink formulation etc…every single step is in situ in order to optimize manufacturing process.
With its strong knowledge in extruded glass making Flacopharm can deliver finished products within 10 weeks (on a medium basis and to confirm according volumes) after decision making.
Two different manufacturing techniques are used to guarantee same responsivity for a production of 10 000 or 10 million units.
