RT-A Type For retorting
This is an aluminum-based pouch that can be retorted up to 266 degree F(130 degree C). This has a high barrier and high pinhole resistance and also protects the contents.
RT-C Type For retorting
This is a pouch that can be retorted up to 257 degrees F (125 degrees C). This has a higher barrier material compared to RT-A type. It also has high pinhole resistance and is a perfect option for customers who wants to show the pouch content (using a window).
FZ-B Type For freezing and refrigerating – high gas barrier
This is a transparent pouch material designed for boiling applications. This uses high barrier Nylon film with low oxygen permeability and also has high pinhole resistance.
FZ-N Type For freezing and refrigerating
This is suitable for various applications and has high pinhole resistance.
Fujitoku Nylon Casing offer tube type (center seal method) and flat type (applicable to form-fill sealing machines).
The type can be determined by the characteristics of the product and production method.

Tube Type(center seal method)

Flat Type(Applicable to form-fill-seal machines)
■It has been developed for form-fill-seal machines by laminating both sides of base film, creating a shrinkable barrier nylon with either polyethylene or polypropylene sealant.
■It can be used for both vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines.
■It can be sealed using hot air, heat jaws and ultrasonic sealers.
FL Type
The standard product utilized for boiling process.
FL-RT Type
This product is used in retort process up to 120 degree C. An easy open feature can be added.

Advantage of water-based gravure printing
Beautiful print reproduction
Water-based ink requires less ink than oil-based ink printing due to shallower depth etching in the cylinder. This increases the number of pixels and improve sharpness of image reproduction.

Less residual odor in the package
Water-based gravure printing does not use oil or conventional organic solvent in the inks, instead using inks with a base of water and alcohol.
Solvents in ink vaporize during drying process during printing, but there is always some residual. By changing the major component to water, the printed materials tend to have less residual solvent and odor.
