Gil Pack has been manufacturing pharmaceutical packaging since 1987. As plastic packaging manufacturers we supply our customers in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets with different kinds of medical packaging: pharma bottles, pill jars, medical caps, child resistant closures and more.
Our modern facilities hold a monthly production capacity of over 1 million PE containers and about 800'000 PET items. The production line for injection moulding of caps, closures and other plastic, medical components, works under class 10'000 clean room conditions.
Located in Ashdod, Israel's biggest port city, we guarantee a shipping time of just 7-14 days to any European port, and less than 21 days to any American or Asian port.

For any product & color of your choice, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is just 10,000 pieces.
The MOQ is delivered within less than 14 days.
There is no minimum order quantity for items available from our stock.
The construction of a mold for a new product and the beginning of the production process takes 6-8 weeks.

Our product line includes almost any kind of rigid medical packaging : syrup bottles, pill wide mouth jars, child proof packaging, apothecary bottles and jars and many more.
In order to supply you with a complete packaging solution, we also distribute complementary packaging products, which are not produced by us.
Quality
At Gil Pack, we maintain a strict quality assurance process on every product manufactured or supplied by us. All our raw materials are food grade. Upon request, we use US FDA certified materials. The strict QC system includes in-process controls of a wide range of parameters, like: weight, colour, wall thickness, leak testing and more.
