Global One-Pak (GOP) is delighted to announce the sale of the company to Merseyside-based Coral Products PLC, AIM listed specialists in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic components.

Coral has a proven track record with innovative plastic injection technology and its new bottle production capability at its Haydock headquarters will provide a perfect fit with GOP’s innovative range of closures, lotion pumps and trigger sprays.

GOP will continue to operate from its premises in Hyde, Cheshire and the purchase will allow GOP to strengthen its product range and accelerate development of emerging products, as Clive Broadbent, director at GOP, explains:

“The purchase presents an exciting opportunity to strengthen our product range and we’re very much looking forward to accelerating our new portfolio and developing new options for our wide range of markets within which we operate, including household and garden, automotive, personal care and pet grooming.”
