We’re pleased to announce that GPA Global has officially acquired the ASG Print manufacturing facility in Pruszków, Poland, marking the start of a new strategic phase for GPA within Europe.

ASG Print is a trusted packaging company with office locations around Europe, including London, Paris and the Netherlands. Their team has over 25 years’ experience in producing high-quality folding cartons and rigid boxes, and offers turnkey solutions that cover everything from design through to delivery.

Their modern packaging supersite in Poland has a floorspace of 8,000 square meters, and is equipped with the latest generation machinery, a highly skilled workforce and a unique IT-software that seamlessly integrates with customer systems.

We will be using this facility to design and manufacture folding cartons, rigid boxes and other board and paper products, making use of the team’s skillset, which also includes verifiable coding and serialization, special finishes and hand assembly.

The London, Paris and the Netherlands offices currently provide technical support for ASG’s existing customer base and we will be looking to invest in and expand these locations to complement the products and services they already provide.

With a central location just outside Warsaw, this new base will allow us to support the ever-evolving needs of our clients in Europe, giving them the opportunity to nearshore their supply chains – a key step for brands whose processes have been disrupted by recent global supply chain issues. Not only will our localized packaging solutions reduce financial costs, they will also help our clients achieve their sustainability goals and commitments.

Having established a similar manufacturing presence within both North America and East Asia, this new site further expands our global supply chain offering.
