Grupo Phoenix, a market leader in delivering comprehensive consumer packaging solutions, announced it has partnered with Envases Group, a regional market leader offering aluminium packaging solutions throughout the Latin American region. The collaboration will accelerate the companies’ growth and profitability expanding their footprint and global reach in the delivery of state-of-the art extruded aluminium packaging solutions.
The venture will also benefit from synergies in the areas of HR, payroll, and benefit management capabilities.
