Carl-August Heinz has managed the Heinz-Glas Group for 43 years, but is now passing the torch to his very own daughter. 

Carletta Heinz has been appointed the new CEO of Heinz-Glas, replacing her father and continuing the family business into its 13^th generation. Though Mr. Heinz has agreed to continue being available as a consultant for now with the current global situation.

Ms. Heinz says she is proud to be able to follow in the footsteps of her father and will do her best to fill them and continue the company's path. She also thanks her father for staying on to advise her and the company.

Carletta has been working for Heinz-Glas since 2013. Ms. Heinz was previously responsible for the financial accounting, controlling, taxes and payroll accounting side of a company she started with university classmates. 

She entered management of the company as Chief Information Officer in January 2017 and is continuing her ascension now to CEO.
