HS Plastic, a Chinese manufacturer of cosmetic packaging for major brand cosmetic firms, has just released a new line of tall and thin roll-on bottles (with built-in dispensers) in ABS with large metal balls in the top casing, that provide excellent coverage with less strokes.

The choice of ABS was a simple one to make for the company.  As HS is a master of both extrusion and blow moulding processes, the use of ABS was determined to be the best material choice, as subjecting it to the moulding process at exact temperatures was found to produce a bottle that could be stretched into a lovely, tall shape while maintaining the gloss and brilliance for which ABS is known.

The bottles feature a fairly large inset metal ball which serves various functions - not only does it provide excellent coverage when compared with smaller roll-ons, the metal normally remains cooler than plastic balls, making its usage more refreshing in warm summer months.
