We are a producer of plastic packaging containers for various products including shampoos, conditioners, detergents, lubricating oil, food and beverages.

Although we have over 40 years of experience in the plastic packaging industry, we continue to focus on developing the strengths of our technological capabilities and skills. Quality System
Our customers demand that our packaging arrives with its quality guaranteed. This concept drives us to ensure that not only are all quality requirements of the product met, but also the facilities for producing the packaging are certified.

Imcopack is certified by ISO9001, ISO14000 and GMP audit systems as well as many of our customers’ own audit systems. As a packaging company, we are confident that we can continue to exceed our customers’ expectations and achieve the highest standards.

We have implemented SPC, and quality window process to closely monitor packaging’s quality. Packaging’s weight, dimensions, appearance, color, thickness, leakage, opening force, top load, etc are tested on an hourly basis by our quality assurance (QA) lab. Additionally, our production engineer controls all machine processes to ensure that all packaging specifications are met. Our QA lab attaches a certificate of analysis (COA) to the products to certify that all quality requirements have been met before delivery to the customer.
