We have over 40 machines for shrink sleeves and labeling. Today's bottle packaging shapes are no longer made to be perfectly square and symmetrical. It becomes a challenging task to get the labeling & shrink alignment correct while at the same time maintaining maximum process output.

Automated inspection cameras are installed on our labeling machines to inspect every label attached to the packaging, while critical measurements are performed to ensure perfect alignment of the shrink sleeve on the bottles before being fed into the heat tunnel. Therefore, we can achieve optimum efficiency without compromising perfection.
