ITW Trans Tech’s 2 oz. ExpressCup with pre-thinned single component pad printing ink eliminates the need to measure and mix ink and thinner. Its small size is ideal for short print runs and jobs that require little ink. For greatest suitability, the ExpressCup is used with the ExpressCup frame, which features a built-in doctor ring and screws directly onto the cup, replacing conventional ink cups.
Following print job completion, only the ExpressCup frame requires cleaning. Screw the cap back on the cup, and save the remaining ink for future jobs. The ExpressCup is available for Trans Tech standard and custom-color Type 434, P, PG, PH and U inks. The ExpressCup Frame with built-in steel doctor ring enables customers to use the ExpressCup directly in their equipment. This replaces the need for ink cups, SpaceFrames, and ExpressLiners.
