Packaging Machines and Equipment

For packaging, bundling and branding, banding machines provide the ideal solution. When an item is banded, the banding material must first be removed in order to access the product, providing the consumer an immediate connection with the brand.

Banding Machines offer many benefits and can be standalone, benchtop mounted or automatic, i.e. automated and fitted into production lines for banding, strapping and bundling purposes.

We supply high quality banding machines used in various packaging industries, for a wide range of product banding and bundling applications, including medical, pharmaceutical and food packaging as well as providing packaging solutions for printing graphics and other food and non food industries.

As well as banding machines, our packaging range includes bag sealers featuring autotune digital temperature controllers and variable pressure sealing bars. Seals are created using economical Teflon bands, which produce consistent, hermetic seals on all heat sealable bags.

Tying machines, ideal for bundling products with uneven surfaces, gently bindling and strapping sensitive products securely and tightly and tying up heavy products, are also available. Tying machines are self-contained and stand-alone, integrated into automatic conveying systems or customized to a specific design.
