Chemical Industry

Permeation free for a better Environment

For many years, Kautex has partnered with the chemical industry. This includes household items, petrochemistry and chemicals ranging from basic chemicals to chemical applications. One particular focus is agricultural chemistry. On the basis of our experience, we create solutions for the use of volatile substances and leave fillers where they belong: In the packaging.

Find the right container for your needs in our Large container catalog. We manufacture plastic containers for liquid and solid hazardous materials in all packaging groups (certified for X and Y materials) up to 30 L. We use a variety of techniques to protect the environment from leakage. This includes coextrusion blow molding, hollow body fluorination, as well as Selar and thermoplastic alloys with polyolefins and polyamide.

Agricultural Chemistry

Find the right container for your needs in our Plant protection-catalog. Kautex is one of the leading manufacturers of pesticide packaging in Europe. Whether monoextrusion or coextrusion, as a bottle, canister or special shape: Kautex develops and supplies products that satisfy and exceed consistently increasing demands for sustainability and environmental protection. All products are UN-compliant.

The newest member of the family is the AgroPack® Dual: With this dual product line, you can protect your customers, product, brand and the environment. The dual design allows you to choose between two different seals: In addition to the familiar option with an insert, there is a seal of authenticity. In addition, the product can be internationally branded with a logo and name.

Fitting Solutions for High Demands

Our basic line with 10 to 60 mL containers for laboratories and chemical applications can be delivered immediately from our warehouse. To enable speedy around the globe, we work closely with our distribution partners in Europe and the United States. The product line is suitable for daily use in a wide variety of industries. Our basic line is also subject to continuous development. Our new series of spray bottles satisfies all the requirements of the current GHS regulation including all icons and safety instructions.

Your product in a unique packaging. Your individual branding. Discover new ways of fulfilling customer needs by a custom-made packaging design. Your individual project team with decades of experience will consist of: our product development department, sales and the production team.

We visualize your ideas. Through Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) we illustrate design drawings via 3D-pictures. Part of our Rapid Prototyping concept is the creation of 3D-models with a 3D-printer.
