Electroplating Process

KKP adopts electrolytic action to make a layer of metal film adhered on the surface of the parts process, to prevent the oxidation of the metal, improve the wear resistance and electric conductivity, reflective, corrosion resistance and improve aesthetics.

Plastic framed cuboid bottle

This plastic framed cuboid bottle, the six sides of its transparent frosted surfaces are closely attached with the metallized frame as if it is produced in one-piece, projecting to consumers a grandeur and mysterious image as a whole. This in-mold framing for blow molding technology is a production process exclusively developed by KKP (Patent#:CN 208233638 U). This plastic framed cuboid bottle was the first showcase product developed by adopting this innovative production process, and demonstrated a new decoration possibility for the cosmetic packaging container market.

Water-Transfer Printing

KKP adopts water-transfer printing to apply paper pattern color printed on the surface of packaging component. It is a three-dimensional decoration that has been widely seen for many industrial application to overcome the obstacles of decorating raised surface or dimensional objects.
